Throughout the time that Prevent Blindness North Carolina has been providing life-changing services across the state, we’ve heard from many different people who have been forever changed by either loss of vision or the repair and recovery of a vision issue. Over the coming year, we’ll be cataloging some of these stories here for sharing under the heading “Voices of Vision.”
Each person’s journey with vision is different, as are these stories and conditions. If these voices are able to help at least one person prevent blindness or preserve sight, then we’ve served an important purpose with this project.
